Can I Record a Conversation With a Healthcare Professional?

Texas is a one-party recording consent State. That means as long as one party to the conversation consents you may record.

However, it's important to note that video/audio recording may be prohibited as a private policy at the facility. If you are found in violation of the policy, the facility may ask you to leave.
