Out of law school, Byron cut his teeth working in oil and gas and criminal defense. From there, the Marynell Maloney Law Firm retained Byron to handle nursing home neglect, commercial litigation, medical malpractice, and personal injury cases. Byron spent the last ten years working with Maloney Law Group handling high damage personal injury claims and almost exclusively medical malpractice claims, ranging from birth injuries, brain damage, and paralysis cases to nursing home abuse and neglect cases.
